Refund policy

Orders may be cancelled prior to products being shipped out.  Refer to your email confirmation for instructions on how to cancel the order. 

No exchanges or refunds on sneakers or sports cards after the product has been received by the customer.  

Clothing can be exchanged or returned within 30 days with receipt and tag still on the item.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of the product being returned to our store.  Customer is responsible for return shipping.  No restocking fees apply. The original shipping cost will not be refunded on the order. All refunds are processed using the same method of payment as the original order.
